Voices depend on your browser and operating system. Recorded cues take priority when available.

Reps & sets

Hold times match your handout. Repetition ranges default to the lower end. Set counts were left blank; one set is the starting point.

Side-specific exercises start with both sides. Select right or left if that is your therapist's instruction. Release and setup times are pacing preferences, not prescriptions.

Record yourself or someone you like listening to, or upload a voice clip. Saved cues replace the computer voice; unrecorded cues use your chosen computer voice.

SAY THIS

Sign in to save recordings. Microphone access is requested only when you press Record.

Keep setup cues under 10 seconds and “Release” under 2 seconds. You can extend setup time in Session settings. Clips up to 5 MB are supported.

Only the eight highlighted exercises are included. The unhighlighted neck extension with a chin tuck, neck side bending stretches, isometric rotation and flexion, band exercises, and other trunk exercises are excluded.

The handwritten neck rotation note appears to say “Rt / Lt”; both sides are included. Isometric lateral bending also defaults to both sides, which you can change in settings.

“2–3 times per day” is the recommended daily frequency, not a number of sets in one session. The two isometric exercises are marked twice daily. Two full sessions cover the twice-daily baseline; an optional third mobility round excludes those isometrics. The handout does not limit this to workdays. Confirm with your therapist if you should follow a different schedule. Axial extension and neck extension are marked “minimum.”

Follow your therapist's instructions for comfort, range of motion, and which sides to work. Pause the session whenever you need to.
